The Patio
The outdoor patio at The Joinery features our iconic ivy walls, perfect for any photo backdrop. A local Chicago artist's floral mural peaks through our towering wood beams overhead, providing a space like nowhere in the city. The blue shipping container bar, early 19th century industrial silo, and magnetic rustic walls are all versatile backdrops for your first look, family photos, or as decor locations. The outdoor patio is equipped with string lights, our sound system speakers, high tops and bar stools, and built-in wooden bench seating. The outdoor patio space can seat a 90 person wedding ceremony, or a 160 person cocktail hour.
Covered Lounge
The Joinery’s outdoor covered lounge area is our newest featured space meant to put your inclement weather worries to ease. The blue shipping container bar and lounge provide the perfect connection space between our patio and indoor cocktail room, creating a seamless flow during your special event. The covered patio includes high top tables, bar stools, string lights, our sound system speakers, and plenty of backdrops for photos or decor locations. At The Joinery, outdoor use is available rain or shine!
